Is A HOMCOM Air Walker Better For First-timers Than Other Cross Trainers?
The HOMCOM Air Walker is one of the most featureless pieces of exercise equipment around, but that is part of the point.
The idea here is that users get a very simplistic piece of apparatus with a more basic gliding motion than a cross-trainer.
In turn, this should draw in those intimidated by cross trainers but that still want something effective at home.
Does this cross trainer prove to be a good alternative or is it too restrictive in its motion and features?
